Over the course of three months, your group’s certified career coach will lead (and join!) discussions, provide resources, and guide your group toward growth.

You and your fellow community members will meet with your coach eight times, via Zoom. Trust us – there’s just nothing like the magic of live group coaching.

Having responsibilities at work and at home can often mean you're taking care of everyone else's needs first. We’ll work on shifting away from the unattainable ideal of work-life balance in favor of work-life integration — so you can show up more fully in all facets of life.
Fixing the Broken Rung: Women’s Advancement in Leadership
Data shows that women+ are promoted to manager positions far less often than men — but we’re here to change that. We’ll work through the group’s challenges and barriers to growth, develop your leadership skills, and help give you a boost up that ladder.
I See You: Women of Color in Leadership
Truth: The experiences of women leaders of color can differ drastically from those of their peers. We’ll discuss and support each other through challenges like microaggressions, professional isolation, and more — so you can step more fully into your power and continue to excel in your role.
Your Next Best Move: Building a Career Roadmap
Life changes fast, and it isn’t always easy to know where you want to go next. We’ll work on pitching your transferable skills, identifying your professional values, and helping you feel prepared to take the next big step in your career (whatever that may be!).
