I think it's easy. I think it’s buying from, investing in, supporting LGBTQIA-run companies. And in the workforce, mentoring, advising, giving feedback to, promoting, giving raises to, recommending, surrounding LGBTQIA individuals.
It’s also making sure that they feel included at work and we have truly inclusive cultures, because individuals, when they feel like they're being included — feel comfortable at work — are three and a half times more likely to give their best.
